PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

All of our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).  

We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by human error, something has been listed incorrectly, Hutch Store reserve the right to amend prices. We will endeavour to contact you and inform you of any pricing changes and from there, and you may choose to accept the new price or cancel your order.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal, Credit Card payment via Secure Pay on the website. AfterPay support coming very soon.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Hutch makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGED GOODS

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 5 days of receiving the original item/s. We do not offer REFUNDS unless hutch. deems the item you received is faulty. In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at online@hutchstore.com.au and we will help you out as quick as we can.

We accept all online returns AUS WIDE within 14 days of your original order being shipped. In-store purchases have a 7 day return period.

This means we need to receive the return within that timeframe. Please note – we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition.

This includes packaging, tags and your packing slip.

Hutch reserves the right to deny the issue of a credit note if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)

Returns must be sent to the following address with a copy of the provided return form and reasoning as to the return. Please contact us if you require a new copy of the returns form.

Gift cards can not be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash. Only store credits are provided for any items returned from a gift card purchase. No refunds will be given.

You Receive an Incorrect Item

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please email online@hutchstore.com.au with any concerns and we will send you further information on how to proceed. Hutch will cover all fees incurred in the process of exchange where receipts can be shown with exact costs. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the store in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.

Free standard postage on all Australian orders

Customer Pick-Ups (Geelong Only) – Due to the closure of our Malop St store, we no longer allow customer pick ups

Local Drop Off -  If you live close to the Geelong or surrounding suburbs we can drop it off to your house - for free :)

Express - Free with all purchases over $70 or $10 on all domestic orders under $70 (1-3 business days)

INTERNATIONAL (FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD)

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country upon arrival and holding times. 

Pack and Track: $20 AUD (7-12 business days)

UNITED STATES 

Economy Air: $17 AUD (6-12 business days)

Standard: $25 AUD (5 business days)

Express: $40 AUD (4 business days)

NEW ZEALAND 

Standard (5 business days) : FREE with orders $80+

$15 AUD with orders under $80

Express (3 business days) : FREE with orders $100+

$29.55 AUD with orders under under $100

Dispatch:

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or Pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.

Please note that all orders are sent via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post prior to 3pm AEST on weekdays only.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they chose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 


Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. 


Order Does Not Arrive 

Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Hutch is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post. Please let us know but we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
